米朝首脳会談に関する海外論調やいかに?

世紀の米朝首脳会談が6月12日に開催されて、私も専門外ながらそれなりに注目していたんですが、いくつか海外論調を集めてみました。あくまで、自分自身の覚書のためながら、ご参考まで。

• Economist: Zero summit gain
  エコノミスト誌ではタイトルが「進展なし」というもので、かなりの酷評でした。
• New York Times: The Trump-Kim Summit Was Unprecedented, but the Statement Was Vague
  ニューヨーク・タイムス紙のタイトルも「空前の会談ながら、共同声明はあいまい」との表現でした。
• Washington Post: Winners and losers from the Trump-Kim summit
  一番面白かったのはワシントン・ポスト紙であり、Winners が Trump, Kim, Kim Dong-chul, Tony Kim and Kim Hak-song, Mike Pompeo, Singapore, Dennis Rodman と並んでいて、Losers は Justin Trudeau, The rest of the G-7, North Korean citizens でした。日本は敗者なんでしょうね。

まったくのついでながら、Wall Street Journal のサイトが報じたG7サミットでのトランプ米国大統領の安倍総理に対する暴言は以下の通りです。報じられた記事の関連するパラだけ引用しています。

The U.S. president jarred some with blunt observations. At one point, Mr. Trump brought up migration as a big problem for Europe and then told Mr. Abe, "Shinzo, you don't have this problem, but I can send you 25 million Mexicans and you'll be out of office very soon," according to the senior EU official who was in the room. A sense of irritation with Mr. Trump could be felt, "but everyone tried to be rational and calm," the person said.
