世界経済フォーラムが考える Top 10 Emerging Technologies 2019 やいかに?

一昨日の7月2日、ダボス会議を主催する世界経済フォーラムから Top 10 Emerging Technologies 2019 と題するリポートが明らかにされています。もちろん、pdfの全文リポートもアップされています。トップは話題の石油から作られるプラスチックからの脱却で注目されているバイオプラスチックです。トップ10は以下の通りです。

私はもともとがエコノミストでしたし、それも定年退職してしまい、エンジニアとかではなかったわけですから、新しい技術の中身についてはサッパリです。2番めの Social Robots くらいでしたら、まあ、判らなくもありませんし、7.番目の Advanced Food Tracking and Packaging や8番目の Safer Nuclear Reactors なども、「ウン、そうだね」と思うんですが、3番目の Tiny Lenses や4番目の Disordered Proteins となれば、それがそもそも何なのかすら理解できません。まあ、仕方ないのかもしれません。下の画像は、リポートの5ページ目をそのまま画像ファイルにしています。
